Building Business Value
An individual may start a business with any number of valid personal goals in mind; current income, short term growth and sell the business quickly, financial security for the next generation, or a source of retirement income. A key to this process is to build significant business value. Very few people have a solid plan or understand the process of maximizing the value of the firm.
The goal of this session is to challenge the way you look at and run your business and to help you build a stronger more profitable company which will build value for your business.
