All kids will receive a medal for participating in the Common Craze Corn Maze Race! The first 250 people to register for the 5K will receive a FREE DRIFIT T-SHIRT! After that, t-shirts will be available for purchase for $20 to benefit the Bolton Town Common Initiative. The family festival will begin at 11am with kids' games, corn maze races, hay rides, petting zoo, live music from Tan Odyssey, apple picking at Schartner Farm's own orchard, and refreshments for all participants. Burgers, fries, hot dogs will be served by the Bolton Lions Club and The Local 225 BBQ Truck will also be grilling up locally grown BBQ grub. Both groups are giving all profits to the Common Cause! Even if you don't want to run, please join us for the fun! All profits will benefit the Bolton Town Common Initiative. Tips and Timeline for the Bolton 5k for Our Common Cause Schartner Farm is at 279 WEST Berlin Rd. NOT Berlin Rd. in Bolton There will be free parking at the farm. The Local 225 BBQ food truck (credit card and cash) and The Lions Club food will be cash only. And raffle tickets will be available for many fun items for cash as well! Checks will be accepted for silent auction items. Event will take place rain or shine! Bib numbers will be able to be picked up on Friday the 9th (9:00 am - 7:00 pm) at Marx Running store, 423 Great Rd in Acton or on race morning when registration opens at 9:00 am until 9:45 am. 9:00 AM - Registration opens 9:00- 10:30 AM - DJ Principal Joel Bates will play 9:45 AM - Opening Ceremony 10:00 AM - 5k BEGINS! 10:30 AM - Festival Opens: facepainting, corn cannon, petting zoo, hayrides, photo tent, Bolton's own Tan Odyssey band, raffle and silent auction 11:00 AM - Food & Refreshments available for purchase from Local 225 BBQ, The Lions Club and Nashoba Winery 11:15 AM - Kids Race around the Corn Maze 11:45 AM - 5k and Kids Race Awards Presentation 12:45 - Raffle and Silent Auctions Announced Festival Continues into the Afternoon!
