I have room for 10 lucky people who have 10 or more pounds to lose and want to feel and look amazing for the summer.
When?
-Tuesdays and Thursdays 6 pm
-Program starts on April 19th and runs for 6 weeks
What does the program consist of?
-45 minutes of strength training and cardio intervals 2x per week
-30 minutes of cardio 1x per week
-Goal setting including weight /body fat /measurements
-Email and text support
-Tracking
-Prize for the highest percentage of weight /fat loss
Cost?
-only $240
Do I have to be a member?
No, non-members welcomed
