Come and experience the joy of working with wool in an introductory workshop in wet felting. Merino wool rovings can be felted and manipulated to form 2D compositions, or even sculptural pieces. Working with wool combines the painterly blending of colors with the work-out of clay, using only wool, water and soap! The results are truly unique. This workshop will introduce you to the materials, tools and techniques for wet felting. Create beads, and a 2D felted sampler that will pique your interest and inspire creativity, all while enjoying the tactile pleasure of this beautiful natural material.
