The Ayer Shirley Regional School Committee will be conducting a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. at the Ayer Shirley Regional Middle School Library, 1 Hospital Road, Shirley, MA 01464, re: Regional Agreement, Section X, Incurring of Debt, proposed language change as follows: The District School Committee is empowered to incur debt consistent with the terms and conditions of G.L. chapter 71, section 16. Except for the incurring of temporary debt in anticipation of revenue, the process that appears in subsection (d) of chapter 71, section 16 will be followed. Please plan to attend the Public Hearing if you have questions or  concerns.
