Animal Rescue & Service Organization Expo

Sat. May 12^th , 1pm – 5pm

Ayer, MA – The Ayer Animal Medical Center, 196 W. Main St., Ayer, MA will be hosting our 2^nd Annual Animal Rescue & Service Organization Expo, Saturday, May 12^th, from 1pm-5pm.

The purpose of the Expo is to highlight non-profit animal rescue groups and animal service organizations. We are pleased to announce the following organizations will be joining us, with more to come:

                        Westford Police K9 Unit & Narcotics Dog

Great Danes Rescue

Greyhound Rescue

                        Dog B.O.N.E.S. Therapy Dogs

                        German Shepherd Rescue of New England, Inc

                        Angelcat Haven

                        AAMC Stray Fund

                        Pat Brody Shelter

                        Commonwealth Cats

                        Paws 4 A Cure

                        Vested Interest in K9s

Old English Sheepdog Rescue

Gracie’s Mission

                        Save A Dog, Inc.

Each organization will have a booth set up with information and some will have merchandise to purchase with the proceeds to benefit the animals. The Westford Police K-9 Unit will be giving a demonstration of their service canines. Dog trainer, Mike Santasieri, will be giving a demonstration on Clicker Training, Mending Fences will be giving animal massages for donations, and Sandy Ingmanson will be doing an Agility presentation. Additional demonstrations to be announced.

There will be booths for face painting, kiddie games, juggler, hourly prizes, goodie bags, and a bake sale.

This event will take place rain or shine.

And YES!! The ‘Sheriff” will be on duty again this year. He will arrest the ‘offender’ of your choice for a small donation.

Offenders will be placed in the ‘dog pound’ to plea for bail donations

to set them free!
