Join us on Thursday, November 6th for the 11th Annual Hops & Crops farm-to-fork dinner with beer pairings provided by Spyglass Brewing Company.
The cocktail hour will feature passed hors d’oeuvres, where guests can meet the chef and learn how we keep up with the abundance of produce growing on Gibbet Hill Farm. A Gibbet Hill Farm manager will be on hand to discuss growing practices and what it’s like to work with the chefs and culinary teams of Webber Restaurant Group. Sample a variety of Spyglass brews and meet members of the brewing team.
After the cocktail hour, join other guests at our farm tables for a thoughtfully prepared family-style dinner. To top off this special evening, a representative from Spyglass Brewing will lead the group through the beers paired with each course.
