Join us on Wednesday, November 6th for the 10th annual Hops & Crops farm-to-fork dinner with beer pairings provided by Widowmaker Brewing.
The cocktail hour will feature passed hors d’oeuvres and guests can meet the chef, and learn about how we keep up with abundance of produce growing on Gibbet Hill Farm. A Gibbet Hill Farm manager will be on hand to discuss growing practices and what it is like to work with the chefs and culinary teams of Webber Restaurant Group. Sample a variety of Widowmaker brews and meet members of the brewing team.
After the cocktail hour, join other guests at our farm tables to enjoy a thoughtfully prepared family-style dinner. To top off this special dinner event, a representative from Widowmaker Brewing will lead the group through the beers paired with each course.
