In this interactive session\, we talk about national and local brands that represent innovation\, trust or creativity. Then\, we will talk about your personal brand. What is most important for you to project? Stability and consistency for example\, or creativity and innovation?  Everything from how you dress\, how you speak\, and how you behave broadcasts your brand to everyone you meet in both the real and virtual world.  Make sure your brand is consistent and is presenting you and your business in the best possible light.\n\n \n\nAbout our guest speaker - Lea Ann Scales: Mt. Wachusett Community College\n\nLea Ann Scales has over twenty years of experience in education\, public affairs\, public relations and marketing.  She is an enthusiastic champion of K-12 public education and public higher education.  \n\nAs Vice President of External Affairs\, Communications and K-12 Partnerships at Mount Wachusett Community College\, she provides energetic leadership for marketing\, communications\, admissions\, public affairs\, public relations and the college's K-12 partnerships.  \n\nShe has also served as Assistant Vice President of Public Relations and Marketing at Worcester State University for five years.\n\nPrior to her work in public higher education\, she held posts as a congressional press secretary in Washington D.C. and served as an information officer for the Minnesota State Senate.  \n\nPrior to her career in politics\, she was a newscaster in Minnesota.  \n\nShe has received numerous awards for public relations and marketing including the Communicator of the Year award from the National Council for Marketing and Public Relations (NCMPR).
