Anastasia Bergman\, Senior Human Resources Manager at HealthAlliance Hospital will demonstrate how to effectively use LinkedIn to find active and passive job candidates.\n\n \n\nSome of the techniques include:\n\n \n\n         Building your company's profile\n\n         Sharing job postings on your LinkedIn status line \n\n         Posting job listings in relevant LinkedIn groups \n\n         Using LinkedIn's paid recruiting options \n\n         Browsing candidate's profiles \n\n \n\nThe potential for social networking sites to play a major role in your recruiting strategy is increasing as millions of potential candidates profile themselves online.
