DESCRIPTION:Stu Kimball\, Sal Baglio\, Jamie Walker & Allen Estes\n\n\n2-15-2020\n\n\n\nStu Kimball\, Sal Baglio\, Jamie Walker & Allen Estes present\n\n"An Evening of Music From The American Songbook"\n\n \n\nThe American Songbook is a celebration of the music by iconic American songwriters such as Bob Dylan\, John Prine\, Graham Parsons\, Paul Simon\, Tom Waits\, Leadbelly\, Randy Newman\, Hank Williams and more \n\n \n\nStu Kimball - For the better part of fifteen years\, Stu accompanied Bob Dylan around the globe. He made significant contributions to Dylan's platinum-selling 2006 album Modern Times\, which won a Grammy Award for Best Contemporary Folk/Americana Album. The album's track "Someday Baby\," which won a Grammy for Best Solo Rock Vocal Performance\, was also used in a 2006 iPod + iTunes TV commercial that prominently showcased Stu's fluid blues licks. Other Dylan albums featuring Stu include 2008's Tell Tale Signs: The Bootleg Series Vol. 8\, 2012's Tempest\, 2015's Grammy-nominated Shadows in the Night\, 2016's Grammy-nominated Fallen Angels and 2017's Grammy-nominated Triplicate. In the fall of 2018\, Stu and Dylan amicably parted ways. \n\n\n\nSal Baglio - Sal Baglio is most known as leader of The Stompers. He also plays guitar for Grammy winning songwriter/producer Tom Hambridge and The Rattlesnakes. Sal's original music has appeared in movies and television. Sal Baglio's new record "Loudah" by The Amplifier Heads was released 11/07/19\n\n\n\nJamie Walker - Singer\, songwriter and guitarist for The Swinging Steaks. The Steaks' national debut "Southside of the Sky" still stands as a sterling example of Americana music and what award-winning music journalist Ben Edmonds called in Creem magazine - "the best country-rock out of Boston since Harvard student Gram Parsons launched his International Submarine Band." Nearly thirty years\, seven albums and thousands of shows later\, the Steaks are still swinging.\n\n \n\nAllen Estes - Songwriter Allen Estes grew up in a musical family\, the oldest son of professional musicians Estelle and Phil Estes in Gloucester MA and began playing at age six. Phil packed the family up in the car and literally took to the open road for musical adventures eventually leading to the forming of the Estes Boys\, Allen''s seminal band. The Estes Boys performed in and around New England and by the mid 80''s Allen moved to Nashville TN\, writing and working with Tammy Wynette\, Robert Ellis Oral\, Lori Morgan\, and Shania Twain. "Carnival Man" is Allen's newest cd produced by Jon Butcher.\nBuy Tickets
