Crabtree Development will be having an Open House from 3pm   6pm\, with the Ribbon Cutting at 3pm.The Pingry Hill community is a new development of fine homes located in Ayer. The Pingry Hill development is located high atop the old ski jumps of Pingry Hill\, popular with local tourists and skiers in the late 1930s.
