And by playing "Propinquity\," "Joanne\," "Different Drum" (a version with marvelous\, gypsy-accordion feel)\, "Some of Shelly's Blues\," "Silver Moon\," "Rio\," and "Grand Ennui\," he gives the people (to their loudly- expressed delight) what they come to hear.\n\n\n\nSome of his songs were made famous by Linda Rondstadt\, Paul Butterfield Blues Band\, The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band\, Run DMC\, Linda Hargrove and Andy Williams. He was executive producer of the cult film Repo Man (1984).
