Yet this is a crisis unlike all the rest as it affects lives and livelihood alike. During these unprecedented times\, followers will be looking to their leaders for reassurance. And while "Hope is Not a Strategy"\, it does play an important role as we lead our teams through these challenging times. Join this session to:\n\n\n\n Understand the needs of followers or those we influence such as employees\, customers\, family\, etc.\n\n \n Address those needs of followers as leaders especially within the current situation\n\n \n Address our own needs as leaders during these unprecedented times\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nGeneral Webinar Information\n\n \n\nThese webinars have been created to provide a community of support during these unprecedented times. The discussion and debate provide a platform for you and your organization to stay positive and energized through a guided facilitation and connection with others.
