Ward\, DNP\, ANP-BC\, will lead the presentation. She is a palliative care nurse practitioner with PRIME by AseraCare  Palliative Medicine Services and a graduate of U.C. Berkeley\, Yale University and MGH Institute of Health Professionals. She spent her Doctor of Nursing Practice Residency at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. \n					\n				\n			\n			\n		\n	\n\n \n\n\n	\n		\n			\n			\n				\n					\n						The presentation is free\, but space is limited.
