Discover new ideas and solutions in preventing workplace violence\n\n		 \n\n		About Our Speaker - Groton Police Chief\, Donald Palma\, Jr.\n\n		Donald Palma Jr. began his career as a police officer for the Town of Littleton in 1975.  He then served with the Acton Police in a number of capacities including commander of special services and executive officer.  In October 2007\, Palma left the Acton Police as\n\n		Lieutenant accepting a promotion to Police Chief of the Groton Police Department.
