The hotel's restaurant also has a new menu.\n\n	Durga purchased the property\, which includes a CoCo Key water park\, last year for $2.8 million from Sage Hospitality Group and decided to "change the flag" to a Holiday Inn.\n\n	The hotel will host a grand opening event on July 28 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
