DESCRIPTION:Candlelight Vespers at the Shirley Meeting House\, 41 Brown Road\, will celebrate the true meaning of the season and the peace it offers. The evening begins at 6:15pm with traditional songs and carols performed on the historic 1847 Stevens Tracker Organ. The program features the Meeting House Chorale and a variety of performances celebrating the holiday season. Following the program everyone is invited to join the performers at the neighboring Center Town Hall for warm cider\, dessert and conversation. Candlelight Vespers is provided free of charge. Donations to benefit the ongoing preservation and upkeep of the Meeting House are always appreciated.
