First exposed to the venerable spirit at a young age (courtesy of his grandmother's Christmas eggnog)\, he has been a fan ever since. Phil has studied the making\, tasting & serving of bourbon for years. He obtained formal training on distilled spirits through Boston University's Gastronomy Program. He enjoys talking about bourbon almost as much as drinking it. At this lively and informative event you will sample five distinct bourbons as Phil explains the differences in the way they were created and how to enjoy them!\n\n\n\nAfter the bourbon tasting Chef Stephen will present his 3-course dinner\, prepared using locally sourced ingredients including starter\, entree and dessert.
