She has worked for several media organizations and co founded her own company\, UnityFirst.com\, to share diversity related news and forge more inclusive narratives with historic relevance. Fondon is Chair of Undergraduate Communications at Bay Path University and sits on advisory boards for the Springfield Museum and New England Public Media. \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n\n\n \n \n\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Suzanne M. Boniface has over 30 years' experience in communications\, holding titles such as VP of Marketing\, Director of Public Relations\, and Community Relations Manager\, and has consulted with local\, regional\, national\, and international non-profits through her firm SMBPR. Published in many local and national publications\, Boniface also served as a volunteer board member on several non-profit boards and has spoken to large audiences on various communication topics.
