\n Event Highlights:
\n \;\n \n - All registered riders get a custom RFK Children'\;s Action Corps cycling shirt
\n \; \n - BBQ and party for all riders and volunteers\, with food\, music\, and goody bags
\n \; \n \n The Rodman Ride for Kids is an umbrella matching gift charity raising funds for youth-focused social service agencies that support at-risk kids in Massachusetts. \;
\n \;
\n RFK Children'\;s Action Corps has a special relationship with this event\; it was our staff that started the Ride for Kids as an agency fundraiser in 1989\, raising about $8\,000. Now\, the Ride is overseen by its own separate organization that has raised over $157 million to benefit 50 Massachusetts child-welfare agencies. \; \;

\n The expenses associated with the Ride for Kids are less than 3% of the total revenue\, and they are all underwritten. \; This means that when you donate to the Ride\, 100% of your \;contribution will directly benefit the youth and families at RFK Children'\;s Action Corps! \;

\n  Most importantly\, every dollar raised on behalf of RFK Children'\;s Action Corps will receive a 1% match when we reach our organization'\;s goal!
